Everyone loves a Boston girl. This is the story of one Boston girl's adventures in the city, in blogging, and in getting through those crazy 20-something years.

I'm a writer by trade. And by passion. I'm a lover of food, friends, and all things Boston. I listen to music pretty much 24/7 and idolize Martha Stewart. I love my job(s), my life, and this city. Follow me on Twitter! @Susie

my blog is ugly.

I think I’ve determined why I haven’t been blogging here lately. Well, besides the fact that I’ve been insanely busy. The reason is, my blog is super ugly. And basically a big mess. I hate how boring a “bloggerish” it is, especially compared to everyone else’s totally awesome blogs. I also hate that I completely screwed up the html and somehow have a huge gap at the top of every post. Hmmm.

So, I’m going to work on refurbishing this place and getting it back on track. I was originally quite a fan of the fact that Blogger had a banner that was “Boston” related, but now it’s just boring to me. I’ll see what I can do, with my mad skills that already screwed everything up. I mean, it only took Chels and I like 12 hours to design and get up the We are not Martha site, so really, how hard could this be. Ha. We will see…

Good luck. I hate redesigning my blog (even though I desperately need to do that right now) because I always screw up the HTML to the point where I have to start over multiple times. It’s a time consuming process.

Hey!! I wish I knew how you did your logo in the first place…talk about boring…my blog is the standard layout just because I am clueless (blonde) about how to “pretty it up” in the first place!!

It’s not bad at all. It’s just that weird blank square in the top right corner of all your blogs.

    What is that?

Ah. Boston. I picked Boston University as one of my choices when I signed up for student exchange programme, but I didn’t get it in the end. My college is arranging for me to go to Germany instead. I’ve always had a fascination with America. What a pity…
